Times of Races:With 19 race meetings spread throughout the year at Cork Racecourse Mallow, you are never too far away from a day at the races. These include; The Easter Festival with the best of national hunt and flat racing on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday. The summer evening meetings in May, June and July and the busy National Hunt season in October, November and December which includes the Cork Grand National Steeplechase.

Enjoy the spectacle of the parade ring and the weigh room. Feel the tension build in the betting ring as the bookmakers call out the ‘odds’ and compete for your attention before the races begin. Then pick your spot to watch the horse’s race to the finish as the ground rumbles and cheers of the winning punters fill the stands.

Access Details: The racecourse is situated one mile from Mallow town on the Killarney road (N72). Race goers traveling from Cork and Limerick (N20) should take the Killarney Road from the roundabout. Patrons coming from Dublin and Waterford (N73 and N72) should take the town park bypass to reach the roundabout and follow the road to Killarney (N72). The Racecourse is on your left hand side as you travel along this road.
